Did the teacher mentioned that 3 of them will stayed in class for in charge during the year  ? Our  class(31 students) only 2 teachers.

so difference from campus or difference from class ?

我琴晚返到屋企詳細睇左一次學校的通告及指引, 再加上你們的提點, 依家清楚晒了.  Thank you! (但有一樣野我覺得幾奇怪, 佢地唔係英文或國際學校, 但幾頁紙的通告竟然全部是英文!)

老師淨係話比我聽有3個老師, 而琴日家長會時都係有3個老師係到, 但我就唔知正式上堂時是否3個都長期係到定係輪流 (但教署唔係規定max. 1:15架咩?).  Anyway, 我6/9會帶個囝返學同接放學, 到時會再問清楚老師, 我仲諗住會問小朋友坐位的安排 (因為我個小朋友係細仔, 但又算高大, 所以好驚老師會編佢坐最後個行.)

HI Perrymami,

My girl is in 1E too.  I only saw 2 teachers in the class yesterday.  One is Miss Chan and the other one is Miss Au.  Who is the third one.  Can you tell me.  Did they memtion the total numbers of the studends.  What a big class.  Both of the teachers look very nice and professional.  My girl loves the school much more than berfore.  Hope to see you there.

很高興終於係呢到同個囝搵到同班同學了!  我琴日係9:00 - 10:00個輪.但我之前遲到, 所以唔知個2位老師姓什麼, 但講解0個個係班主任 --Ms. Tam, 我個段時間係有3位老師係到.  我問過其中一位老師, 佢答我呢班有35人, 但有3個老師. 我星期一會再問清楚.

我都覺得d老師好nice, 希望個囝讀得開心啦!  係呢, 你6/9會唔會陪個囡返學呀?  Keep in touch!

My little boy is arranged into K1F in Kent Rd. The form-teacher in Ms.Lau. There's 29 students in the class and there'd be 2 teachers in-charge.
I'm satisfy with the teacher who're nice. But the facilitate in Kent Rd. is really insufficient: it's small, the playground facilitate is old, no toy car provided...
Any of your kid arranged in this class, pl. come and chat.

I think they need to bring school bag, it is becuase they also need to bring Student Handbook, plastic cup, extra shorts, underwear, wet & dry towel.

生日曾,小朋友可以帶自己喜歡的袋,不用帶書包.

Monday 應該可以帶小朋友入課室,但當她們適應之後,就應該送到課室門口.

Dear Mel Wong,
the string is handmade.  but i still feel not so clean about the design. is it better using the plastic bag to keep the cup ?

I have a good impression on Ms Tang, the class teacher.  When I told her my worry of Hadrien's being very active and talkative and that he needs to adjust from active learning (in Victoria) to traditional approach, she has shown her patience, saying that it's not bad to be active and talkative, coz it means he is confident enough, but he should raise his hands when he wants to talk.  Anyway, she feels sure my son can adjust and adapt well.  She also said I can approach her if I have any questions.  Frankly, I feel much more relieved now.

I'm also glad to see the flash cards and picture dictionary file this kinder prepared for the kids.  Although some parents might think that this kinder is too academic-oriented, I personal think it's not bad coz I myself also prepare many cards for him to play at home to enrich his word-building ability.  

Hope to share with you more our kid's school life in the future.

my feeling is same as yours. After yesterday orientation. I feel so lucky that SC rejected my son application.  Compared Cannon which is kwing hei studied as before. Kentville is much professional.
Although it is quite academic-oriented, i think it has its own way to teacher our kids.
I have asked Hei Hei which school he preferred ?
as first he replyed Cannon. But after i explained why we need to change to Kentville, and also told him the advantages of kentville such as the school is bigger, the teachers is nice.. tortoise in school etc..... now he likes Kentville and its tortoise as well.
my friend that everytime before assesment week, no homework handout.

I also feel lucky that SC had not accepted my son so that I don't have to struggle to choose which kinder.
My son, Owen, is in 1A Dorset Cresent am Class.

Hi all mom's children in K1F

My son Calvin is also in K1F.  I was there at 10:00am yesterday. Ms. Lau gave me great impression compared with St Monica (my son's pre-nursey school) she is quite professional and mature enough. But Ms. Tsing did not solve out my problem when I'm asked for bigger size for summer sport wear.
