thanks for your information.   My son was born in Sept.

I hope you can arrange next meeting time in the afternoon (as I have noticed that the meeting time will be lunch time on May 20).   I hope our children (KM K1) can know each other and be friends before they go to school so they won't be scare by the time they'll go to school alone.

I'll reconsider the AM/PM issue because I think AM class is good for kids; however I prefer him speak in English.    I am ambivalent.

re gathering 5/20, so will you come?
but there will be new parents talk day in July, so we can see each other, and gather after the talk.

hi CHTmami, I don't know the detail , the teacher asked me give her my girl's name and my phone number. I think there are many students waiting, if you want to join, you should call KM as fast as possible.

I called KM this morning.  The office lady said that the one held in June is only for old students.  All the new students will be notified about the choir in September.

last time when you went to Km for registeration, did you reconfirm with them if we will do next registeration on coming June, and receive letter by end May?

Really want to know what class my son will be study...

The office lady said we shall receive letter by the end of May...... telling us the details of summer course but she didn't tell me about the next registeration wor! But I think the letter will be included this information too!

Hey, I'm just thinking something today... let's share. As we know, our kids will study only Eng & Pta in k2-k3, so.... how about cantonese of those chinese words? Should we teach them at home? And not all primary schools use PTA teach Chinese now, so we must be very careful to choose Primary school... because as i know many schools said they use PTA, but only start from P2 or P3....or P4..... and some schools can't have enough PTA teachers.....haha.... they change back to cantonese after P4!!   

Btw, do you know Mr. Chan (校監) was gone.  :cry: I knew this when I visited KM last week.

re Cantonese, of course I don't worry about this, everyone speaks Cantonese in HK.. kids learn things so fast, if we provide more chance for them to speak/learn other language, they can do what we never expect; also, kids will speak cantonese each others in the class( i believe)..
btw, don't you know that PTA will be more important in their generation?

Still considering whether to join the am and pm section for k1 this sept. I personally prefer internation class, but it is in the afternoon, it seem less convenience.
Anyone can give some comments?

Hi Monmantong,

I also want my boy to study International stream (PN), but I am thinking how can he adjust the napping time... I have tried to let him sleep at 10:00am but failed; he can only sleep after 1:00pm.  Any suggestion ?
