Let's say that for one minute of vigorous exercise (jogging, fast cycling, gym class, skipping etc), you burn an average of 10 calories. Check out the list below of foods and how long it would take to burn off that food. This is just a rough estimate but is good to keep in the back of your mind if you're trying to lose weight. If you are performing less vigorous exercise (fast walking, moderate paced cycle, pilates, etc), you will need to double the amount of time as you will burn around half as many calories per minute.

Slice of pepperoni pizza (298 calories): 30 minutes
Cheeseburger (423 calories): 42 minutes and 20 seconds
Side of chips (380 calories): 38 minutes
Ham and cheese toasted sandwich (580 calories): 58 minutes
Homemade chocolate chip cookie (89 calories): 9 minutes
Red velvet cupcake (496 calories): 50 minutes
Half a cup of vanilla ice cream (230 calories): 23 minutes
Half a block of dark chocolate (6 lines) (300 calories): 30 minutes
142ml glass of red wine (small glass) (115 calories): 11 minutes and 30 seconds
340 ml bottle of beer (150 calories): 15 minutes

don't forget you burn about 1500 calorie a day by staying alive and do nothing.

if you don't do exercise and starve your self to significant weight loss, you need to eat very little.  unless your base is very large like you are already having a BMI 30 and eating a huge amount.

勞損的病因有哪些?

肌肉和韌帶受到牽拉或扭轉時便有機會發生勞損。勞損可以突然發生,或是在幾天或幾週內逐漸發生。突然(急性)的勞損通常見於下列情形:

近期損傷
以錯誤的方式提重物
過度運用肌肉
慢性勞損通常由反復以同一種方式運動肌肉或韌帶而引起。

勞損多在身體哪些部位發生?

many of the wear and tear in joints are due to mistakes in running or cycling forms (for example) and weight.   some people run tens of years of marathon and as still runs after 60. some people run a few months and they hurt their knees beyond repair.

我個仔運動量大,總是入不敷支! 不用返學的日子,就是盡辦法等佢吃多些吃好些的時間,所以暑假後會重一點,開學後隨時反彈。

運動前和後,拉筋十分重要,若小朋友操開運動,一定要佢地明白和做足,有些深入的部位傷了很難全俞

通常運動後累、趕住走就miss左唔拉或拉唔夠,肌肉拉緊對joint 做成壓力,加快磨損。

按摩針久有助鬆鬆,但最好是自己拉

小朋友比較柔韌,而且身輕,受傷機會比大人少。運動前熱身,冬天熱身要做多些。運動之後拉筋,對於小朋友,除了減少受傷,也防止阻礙小朋友生長,小朋友需要快高長大啊!

有一些人說, never stretch cold muscles. 我應為幾有道理。即係, warm up, stretch 才正式運動。然後 cool down, stretch.

我依家係咁。不過有些網友可能會話我追求完美, 離地…

同意啊,我自已讀書時pe 咪求奇拉下fing下就算,行trailwalker就因過份操練受傷同physio 吹水先知原來拉筋咁重要,所以自小培養好習慣好些,上summer同小朋友操水佢都有感覺到一些肌肉好緊
