Theoretically, the Primary Maths or Science Online Learning Program for Screeing test Level One, the deadline for passing of the final test is 11:59pm 31/08/2018.
However, the students still have to enrol and complete at least 1 face-to-face course/ program in order to gain full membership and there are screening questions for each face-to-face course/ program. Plus students have to pass the final assessment of the face-to-face before 31/08/2018.
It all depends on the availability of the face-to-face courses/ programs as well. There are not many courses now (if you check there is no maths course now and a couple of science ones in July with deadline on 15/5, which is possibly the last chance of primary students admitted January 2016) and I heard from other parents that the primary ones are particularly difficult to get in as the large number of students in the primary sector.
Thus practically if the primary students admitted in January do not pass the online screening in mid April in the following year (the online screening result announced at end of April to enrol before mid May deadline of face-to-face in July with final result announced in August), the hope of getting to be a full member can be slim.
