我小朋友已經學了2年多小提琴了,佢不黝都是同開HKD400-500左右的小提琴,最近因為老師suggest change volin,我的budget大約HKD1000左右,有無好介紹呀?謝謝

I'm new to this discussion forum. My daughter (now promoting to P4) has been learning violin at school since P1. She is still practising with her 1st volin (1/4) purchased by the school. I'm thinking if it's a good time to buy her a 'better' one say BV300; and not sure whether i should buy 1/4 or 1/2. From reading the previous posts, i note there is a 'pinky' one and i'm sure she loves it very much. Perhaps, it serves to give her more motivation to do practising. I intend to go to the Kwai Chung's shop you previously talked about. Can you please assist me to get some 'discounts'. Grateful for your comments. Thanks

你女一定唔會係拉1/4,轉二分一或以上,你女幾高?

I think she's about 1.3m, and trust she is still using her 1st violin which should be 1/4. Besides learning from the school, she has attended a 'private' violin class on weekly basis since the beginning of this year . Perhaps I should also consult with the teacher as well. Thanks

1/4琴對於1.3m嘅小朋友真是太細了，這高度拉1/2已經很輕鬆，到1.4m左右才考慮換3/4。假如打算參加比賽或表演，可以考慮用2K買部手工琴，Rachmann 跟幾百蚊嘅琴分別不大。

I think i need to discuss with the teacher tomorrow to find out the 'right' size (1/2 or 3/4), thereafter, i may 'trouble' Ming 2 to assist in buying a new one, thanks in advance. My budget is about 2K and it seems  BV300 receives good comments from this post and appears to be a good choice. Any other suggestion is welcome. If 1/2 one can only be used for a short period of time, it seems more worthy to get 3/4.  I note the 'pinky' one is for interest purpose and to my surprise, my daughter wasn't keen on that and told me she'd prefer a light-blue instead, so we can probably do without it.    Thanks

有藍色架....你去睇琴時可以睇埋呀......如果可以,應該係1/2,跟住再換4/4,我個3/4都係用左六個月.......好彩trade到個double bass,唔係既話,真係浪費左,如果真係要用3/4,求其一千蚊果d好啦,除非你個女係超細粒

小兒今年10years才開始開小提琴, 會不會太遲? 主要我是想佢當1門興趣去學習, 不用太大壓力, 所以我幫佢報左香港兒童弦樂團, 剛剛收到通知取綠左。故現在想問下各位, 我應該在團隊團購，還是到Ming2 所suggest個間去親身選購一下呢? 因我本身是不懂小提琴, 希望大家比下意見我, 十分感謝!
