Because I come home late to rescue him.  He doesn't bring home the WS and I need to seek help from other BK mum ......

Also, strong struggling with him for only 15-20 mins of piano practising (coz he doesn't finish 90% of the practice and he has to attend lession on coming Friday night !! )

I'm tired up and lack of wisdom and energy in keeping myself  'up' with him .....

Don't cry la! We all meet different difficulties.  Take it easy.  Remember "We do the best, God does the rest"! Like mcheung, don't help him and let him to face the problem and rectify day by day!  Be patient, don't scare him, once he hates to go to school, we can do nothing.

OK! Goodnight lar!! Hope you can find the way to teach your son.

My son did experience the same case like your son 1 and half week before.  I also tried to call BK Mum to help, but at that time, most of them finished the WS.  At the last min, I found one....  I planned to go out to get the WS, but when I looked at my son, he had no response.  好似唔見WS, not his responsibilities.  Also, he was not eager to get the paper .  So, I gave up, I gave up to help him and let him learn the social lesson himself.  I think your son is more aggressive than mine.  He should be more mature, right?

亞囝鋼琴老師話明年around 4月考2級，所以，一早已練緊scales，2首考試曲，一曲已ok，另一首剛開始咋，因該首係舊年校際曲，但編排有不同，所以，鋼琴老師將該首放最後，等亞囝忘記舊年校際所教後，現再從新教過

妳亞囝鋼琴老師有無"樂理"功課呀？我亞囝鋼琴老師每星期都at least有2-3份"樂理"功課，係幫佢睇曲譜及温習，亦方便應付"sight-reading test"！

妳有無同妳亞囝鋼琴老師傾一傾呀？了解亞囝進度

How's you son's progress in piano exam?  Actually, my boy's teacher did not ask him to enroll for any exam for the time being.  Is that your son going to take the coming exam in early 08?

Start "site reading" training yet?  It's really difficult and it seems my boy cannot read the notes.  Any suggestion to help?...

我囝囝都係咁樣, 如果我不在家, 叫佢練琴, 佢只會每首歌練二至三次就算啦, 一定要我在佢身邊先肯坐定定, 佢今個星期的新歌都係唔熟, 叫佢練多幾次就開始發脾氣

昨天開始同佢做數學WS, 佢將減數當加數計, 完全都唔睇題目, 激C我

慢慢温 la，有時小朋友(其實大人都係)個腦實左，咁點教or溫都係無用............當係咁，我會叫亞囝做第二樣先or比個5-10 min break佢，返黎再做，效果會好好多

自上小一，亞囝練琴自覺性高左 (so佢肯練over 1 hr)，甚至自我要求要高左，佢練琴練得唔理想，仲自己係度哭，叫佢take a break都唔肯...........之前，叫佢練琴簡直激c！

唔幫亞囝，我係要亞囝唔好依賴，要清楚知道自己要take自己責任.............不過，老實說，不是個個小朋友可以，我知囝囝緊張學校事及我地從小train佢唔依賴 ga，所以，妳地又不可一下子樣樣唔幫佢地，要佢地自己黎，係要時間train up及看性格

A big "hug" today in the morning .......

Yes, sometimes I'm thinking whether I need to get involved to help coz the responsibility should be owned by my son.  It's really difficult!!

All,

The problem why I'm so frustrated is that "it seems he doen't really own the responsibility himself and throw the weekness to others!"  Is that he is afraid of being criticised and he make it as a "defense"?  How can I train him to be "alert on the real sitatuon", "own back the responsibility"
and "having enery in driving himself in doing good"?
