I have not received any letter yet. Hopefully, Kentville will send the letters out very soon as those accepted students need to pay September tuition by June 2nd.

I haven't received the acceptance letter. Well, I am more upset than you la. My daughter is attending K1 at KV now. If KV don't take my son for K1 this Sep, my helper has to take my son with her to send my daughter off to the school bus then bring my son to his kindergarten on foot. I am hoping that both my children can get on the school bus and go to the same kindergarten.

Me too. My elder son is attending K1 at KV now and my second son is on waiting list for this Sep. I will be very upset if my second son cannot go to KV!!!

Is your younger son a 'small B'? My son is a 'small B', so I feel that the school thinks that I can still let my younger son to try for school year 2008/2009 as his sister will be in K3 KV then. They can still attend KV together.... but, how many parents will wait for another year when they think that their children (small B) are ready for kindergarten schooling? Sometimes I feel very unhappy when I see those questions and comments posted by the parents whose children got accepted by KV for 2007/2008. They are so uncertain about chosen KV for their children. We, being existing parents of students at KV, are so supportive parents and have this trust and belief in the school, KV put our younger children on waiting list.
Why do they state in their notices that they follow the points system of the Education Bureau (brother/sister attends the same school) when they do not take the younger brother/sister of their existing students?
Well, just some 'low so' from me.
