Thanks for your recommendation.  The benesse subscription is really nice and kids can learn mandarin through activities.  I am still figuring out how much is $2700(taiwanese dollars), can anyone tell me

I have visited the website and is really interested in subscribing for it, but I am not quite sure how. Do they send the parcel to HK? How much will the subscription costs including postage to HK?

I checked their website, the postage to hk will be TW$1,242 by air, $2,340 by express or $522 by sea for 6-month subscription.  Postage to the States are $2,298, $3,660 and $864 respectively.

Due to the high shipping cost, I am planning to ask my friends in Taiwan to get me the dvd by Benesse....what do you think?  Do you think it worths to subscribe and get everything? Please advise. Thanks.

Hi all,

The one I subscribed to is 小朋友巧連智月 刊 (幼幼版) which is for 2-3 years old child. I started about 6 months ago and I think it costs around HK$1700 for 12 months, including air delivery (not express). I don't think you can get just the DVD. They said the toys and books reinforces the theme they focus every month.

For me, it's good value for money. The toys are pretty good quality and my son enjoys reading the books as much as the dvd.

我去過商務、三聯同大眾，都冇賣"我會說普通話" (出版社為新格媒體, 由星加坡製作)，請問有冇媽咪知那裡有得買﹖價錢如何﹖

各位提及的"巧連智月刊"好似幾好，但一年要1700港元，又要等佢寄過來，是否可以有其他選擇呢﹖

i got it from黃埔大眾, too. 一set三隻vcd分開買.
"我會說華語"是國內version
"我會說普通話"是hk version

suppose是一樣的.
會唔會個site攪錯了??

Sorry for late reply. The books and CDs are good for the begginners. You'd better check the products on their website. Maybe you can also join the membership in  the States and use their on-line materials,your kid can listen to the stories and read e-books on their website.  I didn't buy any for my kid since he attends Mandarin class in this centre so that we can use the on-line materials insteads. Moreover, the books and CDs are a bit expensive but very gd.
