if your child has good eng standard, then 王錦輝 is better la, coz they have 精英班 for each subject.

and, there is a new ESF in MOS, they also have Chi Lesson and very good campus, school fee is $60K+, perhaps it is also a choice for u.

RC is definitely a good choice but the tuition fee is still too high for me although it does not require to buy debenture. I know one R2 parent quit ICS and join RC because of financial reason.

精英班 is that means students could learn according to their level of ability? So, how about lower learning ability students will the scholld also put extra effort to help them?
