I agree with you very much.  Your comments are sensible and logical.

Another thing I want to add is that as I am an ICQM parent, I have contacted the principal for a few times because of my child's problem. I can really feel his heart to students.  He is really doing a lot to help students to improve themselves.  I was so touched by what my child said, " Principal Chan can help me to improve myself and become good."
