So which schools are "True IB" and which are "irate IB"?  Do you have a list to share with all of us? Much appreciated.

If DBS is taking so long to implement IB in 2010, I suppose they are planning do it right.  Otherwise, they can easily hire an IB teach and claim to have IB right away. Do you agree?
