The headmaster of the Primary school will check the name on application form to confirm you are the old students in the school.  Last year, my friend's husband was old student of St. Joseph Primary so her son (St. Cat. ) can get the seat at 1st round.

Wah!!!  I think there are several thousands of applicants for S.C. each year.  It should be hard time for both kindergarten and primary school teachers to check their applicants' background.  

My husband also graduate from St joseph primary, he should be schoolmate with your friend's hubby!

I don't think parents' educational background will be taken into account by SC.  I have a friend who graduated from famous schools (primary, secondary and university) and her husband is also a doctor.  Their child's application was rejected by SC.

上年我準備左小小資料,不過囡囡interview答晒題目,全部都做到,所以都無用到,而且老師無問到要profile.

我地今年上堂有一個中文老師,一個英文老師(外國出生,只講英文)及茶點時有老師入課室教小朋友普通話.
St.Cat是活動教學,而且有很多機會給家長參與學校活動.

It's rumour!  Only you kids can say something during interview, you will get in.  The fails are those crying kids during interview.  I remembered parent's educational background was not necessary to show.

I have applied SC this year.
I am sure that they have asked both parents' primary and secondary school info, as
I have to ask my husband about he info when I fill in the form, and I have checked from EMB about their full name.
