I also live in Tsing Yi, pls advise to me which centre for learning Mandarin and how much of the fees?   I think your daughter has learning in K1 class (around 3 yrs old).  My daughter just studying Mandarin one lesson in 天平 (KLN Tong centre), so happy, but so fast from Tsing Yi to KLN Tong.
