In my opinion, may be the parents who let the child having English environment when he was in baby age.

Band 1 school student or not, every child is unique and he or she needs to be cared for individually. The key to successful education is to give children just the right amount of challenges. Too much pressure will rob a child's confidence, but too little will hinder his or her growth.

That's why I believe it is essential to assess children before assigning them to a class. My class is limited to a maximum of six children, and it allows me to fine tune each student personally. At the same time, maintaining a class chemistry well, such as mixing active students with quiet types, is also important since each student needs to be motivated to learn in a joyful way differently.
