如果你f5讀理科, f6一樣可以讀文科(eg  econ),,但係如果你f5讀文科, f6就唔可以讀理科(eg pure maths, )chem)

In F5 理科 (200 places), F6 理科 (90 places).

If you want your children to stay in the same school in F6, please choose 文科.

If you children is very good and hard working in studies, you can choose 理科.

很多時﹐音樂和文學是連在一起的﹐我當年都有同樣的抉擇﹐但是在外國選﹐我最後選了ENG LIT﹐原因是﹐如果是音樂﹐你是可以在外面找到好的老師自己學的﹐而ENG LIT﹐一定要教授教的才會好。

另一個問題﹐是要問你女兒到底將來喜歡做什麼﹐如果是讀音樂﹐多是單對單教鋼琴﹐競爭也不少﹐但人面卻不會太廣﹐是比較靜一點的環境。

如果是讀ENG LIT﹐ 哈哈哈﹐外界很多都會說﹐ENG LIT 是等嫁人的科目﹐但其實都不是的﹐讀ENG LIT 的話﹐在外國﹐很多讀完BA 後會轉去LAW SCHOOL﹐ 在香港﹐可以去做教書﹐做報紙﹐做出版社﹐HKU 出來的﹐有不少去了MARKETING﹐也有去當AO的﹐看你想怎樣啦。還有一些更保守的﹐會連翻譯學一起讀。

我很難告訴你我自己選得對不對﹐但在我的立場﹐我沒BMUS﹐ 也有學生考到八級鋼琴﹐如果我沒ENG LIT 的學位﹐我想我應該不會是一個合格的英文老師﹐OVERALL﹐ 選ENG LIT﹐ 我覺得我自己是拿得比較多的。當然﹐到一天我覺得工作夠了﹐我還是會再去練琴﹐看看到時的心境會不會表達到其他的感情。
