My son can speak fluent English & Mandarin and has good listening skills. They are required to speak only Mandarin in Chinese lessons and English in English lessons.

It depends on how you measure the word "level". Most students at Victoria have good English and Mandarin reading, speaking and listening skills. But they may not have good writing skills because they are not required to write much in class and at home as compare with local school.

小兒在K1-K3也是英/粵班, 升小一時也很快適應到英/普的環境. 趁K2轉英/普班與否就要視乎小朋友的能力了. 如果小朋友的語言能力強, 我覺得早d轉英/普班是jetso d既.
