This still depends on the tone/attitude of the teacher.
Is advising a parent to leave the school an act of enthusiasm?

Regarding Maryxxxx having 4 tests and 2 exams in a year.... that isn't a lot is it!? I believe in some schools, 2 exams and tens or scores of tests are just minimal.

最好係唔同教，就可試吓。如果同教會or聖堂or有密切關係的都唔使唸，考全校全級第一都可慳番，留番d子彈小六升中一才博，果時就有用啦。

Normally schools will not compete to take top students from their "sister" schools in primary, not worth to hurt their relationship.

My colleague's daughter was admitted by MCS last year. The girl studied P.1 in Good Hope last year, now she is P.2 student at MCS. The girl and her parents have no connection to MCS; they are not Catholic either.

i don't know which school she's referring to, maybe DGS, maybe Maryknoll, maybe st paul co-ed.... whatever.
if there's really such rude teacher with such poor attitude to parents (which i doubt very much) then i think he/she won't be hired by such school for long. Sometimes it really depends on how sensitive the parents are when receiving unsatisfying comment from teacher. Also depending on how to phrase the sentence.
Just as you phrase 'leave the school' and the original phrasing is  'go away'. that's already two very different meaning interpreted by different people.

as i said, if a teacher is so rude in talking and not enthusiatic in teaching, i think he/she will be fired by the principal sooner or later.

I would I could agree with you wholeheartedly on this, but this is such a utopian vision that I find unattainable.  I've seen numerous teachers holding similar attitudes as the one who wishes to get rid of the worse students in class, and I've yet seen any principal who fires teachers for such reasons.    Sometimes, I can even sense that the principal is turning a blind eye on this issue.  

Just take the "lottery" for secondary school admission as an example.  It's so commonly accepted that those who are "ACCIDENTALLY" or "UNDESERVEDLY" admitted "lucky" students will eventually leave the school before F7.  

"After one year, they'll be gone.  Don't worry..."
"Oh.. Those who pull down our average......"
"Yea.. they'll ruin our record..."--Aren't they from the SAME school? Really wonder what they're doing with the pronouns here...

These are genuine comments made by teachers and even parents from ellite schools (including those you mentioned, plus some others) in HK.  Surprised? or are they just cliches to you?
  
Sorry if I sound a bit cynical here. I wish what you said could be true, too.
