Really depends on how your want your child to learn.  

SC is famous for its English.  There are 2 teachers (one Chinese and one Native English speaker) in the classroom for K1.  But I heard both teachers don't stay in the classroom all the time.  Children learn phonics.  However, in K2 & K3, there will be only 20 min. English a day and the native teacher will be shared by different classes.  It's a big school with 36 & 35 classes in the morning and afternoon respectively in the Norfolk Road campus alone. That means there are over 700 children in the morning session. It seems crowded and classes have to take turn to use the playground.  The class size depends on the capacity of the classroom.  There can be  over 30 children in a big classroom.  I'm not sure if the school can guarantee that all of the teachers are good and I doubt if the children get enough individual attention.    But like most parents say, it's a famous school.  And I've heard good comments about SC too.  In K2, your child has to attend afternoon class and you don't have a choice.  And there is more homework.  The current fee for K2 is $3,600.  

I don't know much about LLC but I know people who sent their kids there and they're happy with it.  Personally I support the activity approach of LLC.  If I were you, I would choose LLC because it's relatively closer and your child can have a rest after school.  He can have other activities after the nap.

You may ask the parents of Kowloon Tong School and Mun Sang to see the chances of getting in if you send your kid to LLC.

One more thing.  I don't think it helps by writing a letter to request transfer because the waitlist for morning class is very long.  Besides, your child will need to attend pm class in K2 anyway.
