其實我覺得小朋友 4.5 - 5 歲 (k2中  或 K3頭) 學最好,
幼稚園功課壓力唔多, 尤其是讀普通 PLK 幼稚園,
如果 P.1 先學, 小朋友 要適應小學生活,
又較多功課.

同埋又可以裝備下個小朋友 準備考下
私小或直資.

同埋讚下佢完成 Kumon 功課, 佢又開心,
又覺得佢自信心都好D.

My son's English was not good when he was 7 years old. I tried to encourage him to read more books however, he did not have any interest. Then, I put him to Kumon English, after a few months, he developed some interest in reading English books, as Kumon English approach is to enlarge your reading areas and develop your vocab. in a systematic way. It really works well. He is now 10 yr old, his English standard is top in the class; indirectly, his writing skill also improves a lot. the coursebook and CD are the same.
And I think the approach is the same.
But it still depends the teacher standard.

My daugther studies in Jat Min Estate branch, Shatin.
and there is one in Ho Wan Centre and
one in Hilton Centre.

我都同意公文各科都要時間培養, 不能急, 也要有耐性, 如你小朋友要惡補英文, 不如找過英文老師回家教吧.

我小朋友今年六歲學公文中文，都兩個月了。我不是希望咁快見到成績，但我小朋友愈學愈對自己無乜信心。原因老師上完堂要重讀之餘要加新功課，到下次上堂又要重讀、重讀加新功課，到依家每次要聽三首童搖三十句詞語，老師重話每日聽五次。Oh no！我小朋友每次上完堂後個樣都唔開心，就算我問佢剛學完Ｄ乜，佢讀返比我聽嗰陣條(舌)都唔知擺上定下發音好。唉！點算！

我個仔今年二年班, 學公文英文約三個月, 暫時未知好唔好,但他很想學公文數, 不過有人話咁大個學公文數沒有用。

小朋友在international school 返學,寫簡筆字,可唔可以學公文式中文科 please give advise.

其實公文中頭一年左右主要學國語發音和音標,有寫字,但很少量.

對 ! 頭一年( 公文中)
寫英文字 (國語發音和音標) 多過寫中文字,
唔難學. 反而發音要多點練習
