我仲考慮緊,如果宣道收我個囡上午班,我諗我會揀宣道,
雖然佢有小小係傳統教學,但勝在出名過KM,加上學費又平,可以留番D錢出去學英文,所以我會揀宣道囉

I know there are at least 2 classes for pm class.
my friend's son requested for am class, but allocated to pm class, not int'l . I think KM is full at this moment.

BTW, for alliance, are you sure that you will only go to alliance primary school? if so, it has 30% that your kid can go , otherwise, it seems that Alliance does not have any advantage to apply other private schools because its curriculum is easy.

I didn't say "宣道考小學好差架咩?.".
but concern if the curriculum is easy, it is difficult to catch up with the famous primary school.

Can anyone know the Eng standard if I study the international class.

i have asked this question, i know there are more chances for kids to speak and listen the English if studying in int'l class, as one of the class teacher is native speaker.
i asked the principle of km, she said they won't focus on only one subject, Eng/Chinese/Maths are more even in their curriculum. but i believe their ENg will not be so poor though it may not higher than SC,
but Mrs Chan of this school was ex-teacher in Maryknoll, who was in charge of English subject, so it will not be so worse & can catch up with primary school.

我都知道宣道課程好淺(我先生同事個仔讀緊宣道K1)
所以我都要取多D資料比較下
如果宣道升D小學唔係咁理想
當然學費幾平都無用啦
最後會揀番KM
但我依然希望SC會收
只有等啦!!

我只知道SC應該好過KM(我個人認為)
加上SC係雙班主任制
學英文的時間會長D
KM好似得1小時(a.m.)
而且學費又差唔多,
個名氣又好
所以我都無辦法
唯有信名牌

Of course SC is more famous, and it was my dream school as well. However, now the choice is in SC's hand, not on hand.  I must be more aggressive to have good plan for my son, rather than " wait wait wait".
if Sc accepts my son for 1st round, i will not hestiate to send him to. However, after the " cooling time" and more analysis, i think i have to be more " objective " and see more , which one is suitable for my son.

but  雙班主任制 in sc is only for k1, in k2-3, the native speaker will only come to class for 20 mins, but the school fee is $ 3600.00.

maybe i am so concern my son's study issue, i have been searching kindergarten info since he was 7 months, and talked with different people about this..
hope i won't choose the wrong school for him.
also, i am so " 8" .. hehe. ( all only for my son.)

Re Km- i know for am , it has 45 to 60 mins English lesson, and they have mandarin lessons twice a week, if there are mandarian lessons, the Eng time is 45 mins.but it is better to check with school or existing km moms., as i don't want to give you wrong info.
