I still can't find the button of PM. Could you please kindly advise how to use this function.

What different between PM and e-mail?

Beside this, what others function from BK we can use?

i've already sent you a PM.
You know I only join the BK for two months and still not fully familiar with the "M" functions.
As far as I know, it is an internal mailing system within BK and we can't send attachment thro' PM, unlike E-mail.
