請問有冇家長發表下九龍塘宣道小學好還是九龍塘學校好呢

KTS will accept students from different styles of kindergartens.  At least I know some parents whose kids are coming from Int'l kindergartens.  The kids' performance in the interview would be the major factor of successful application.  Looking around my child's classmates and the studens in the campus every morning, a lot of active boys studying at KTS.  Really active indeed!  Our school does emphasize both academic and good personality development.  As you may understand that active does not represent impoliteness or rudeness, right?  Active character will be no problem at all.

It is not an apple to apple comparison, I think 90% or above will choose La salle, because:

1) free school fee for 6 years;
2) Connection of secondary school.

How about if you choose between a private school (KTS) and public school (La Salle) ? Which one is better ?

朋友個仔讀宣道，佢個仔果班收到41�2人，間學校係non profit making，只係話make左 profit 唔可以袋入私人既袋，都係＄＄＄＄行頭＋！

其實收表那幾天正值學校測驗，所有老師必須在課室監考，我相信收表的人不是學校老師。

今天和囡囡去參加朗誦節，她甚麼獎都沒有，不過她的同班同學就拿了冠軍。

有朋友的子女在九龍塘學校讀，知道九龍塘學校在朗誦節給予學生很好的訓練。宣小就只訓練校隊參加團體比賽，所以囡囡的同學能夠拿到冠軍真的很利害。她的表現十分出色。

我相信宣小是一間不曾包裝的學校,它不會安排外籍老師在學校笑容可忝地行來行去,們口的security guard又冷漠，好像當你是賊辦，而老師又好像沒有笑容，尤其是關校長。

但小兒在宣小的六年學習生涯,不僅發覺老師是很有童理心，並且在音樂,品格和學業上得到悉心栽培，能夠成為в快樂有自信的人,並且能夠升讀一間本人心儀的傳統男英中。

上年，我沒有留意朗誦節的賽果，所以我不知道校隊的表現。

我知道上年年尾，學校有參加牛津「說好英語」小學校際故事演繹比賽，在那個比賽拿到了季軍。

我相信，學校要在朗誦節中提升校隊的表現，應要對學生在獨誦比賽中提供支援，才可有效地提高同學們的朗誦技巧。學校在課外活動中有普通話活動，但就沒有安排朗誦訓練的課程。對參加朗誦節同學的訓練，九龍塘學校就做得較好。

From my observation in the past 2 years, not only the strong supporting & development in the areas of speech.  KTS also put a lot of resources on the development of various sports activities.  In addition, a new orchestra was set up at school last year.  Though it is only a beginning, parents are glad to see that more choices on extra-curricular activities to develop our children talents and suit their capabilities.

Many parents have good comments on both schools, especially KTS.  How about their school nets for secondary schools?  This may also be important as both schools do not have secondary schools (KTS Secondary Division has no linkage with its primary division).

You said right!  Both schools do not have their direct link to secondary schools (KTS primary school is no connection with KTS secondary as one is private and one is subsidized).  Both Alliance and KTS are in the KLN net for secondary schools allocation.  If they do have their own secondary schools, I think they must be more competitive while compared to those in net 41.

想請問各宣道小學的學生家長，如果之前是讀宣道的幼稚園，是否直升入宣小的機會大一些呢？

是。宣小會有60個位留給宣幼。由於有部份宣幼家長會選讀官津學校或其它名校，如拔小，宣幼學生要入宣小，並不難。
