Hi MountainView,

I'm afraid I couldn't say if the teacher's training is sufficient.  Some schools provide intensive training to their representatives, but some just help you with the pronunciation.  

The extra training I mentioned is a "fine-tune" or "upgrade" to the general training, with strategies and tips for the competition.  It is useful for both first-time and experienced students.

If you have any other question, pls let me know.

各位媽咪及爹哋，

個人賽前特訓是不適合未有接受訓練的同學的。（單單能背誦不算有接受過訓練啊！）

個人賽前特訓是專為已受學校訓練或已參加中心訓練班的學生而設的，上課時間為2節30分鐘，目的在於在出賽前由專業教練因應個別學生的表現作出具體的提點，從以提升整體水平。

如果一直未有訓練，而距離比賽還有時間的同學，最好能找老師指點一下啦。
