讓我來分享下我玩閃咭的安排：

每天早上八時閃第一次, 晚上七點半至八點閃第二次, 晚上十時半閃第三次, 基本上每次都在囡囡食奶時做, 這樣會肯定她看到。
10張中文字咭，10張英文字咭，10張點數咭 + 9題加數，10張百科咭。順利的話，大約須時5-7分鐘。

玩了一個月，只有一日因外出所以停咗！亦試過有一兩日只閃了兩次。

看字卡, 看百科圖卡是需要恆心堅持的. 通常是早上上班前和孩子看一次, 放工回家後看第二次, 講睡前故事前看第三次. 應該是由父母親自教. 持之以恆就會有成果. 大約到兩三歲便開始會留意到孩子有點不同.

mamalily的擔心是有道理的. 父母可能遇到的問題有以下幾個:

1. 因為孩子對教室的其他事物會很有興趣, 未必會很留心參與課堂活動, 令老師誤會孩子是破壞課堂秩序的學生, 引來老師的投訴. 特別是當老師對早熟孩子認識不足更會如此.

2. 孩子會期望更多的刺激, 因為一般學校的課程無法滿足他們. 父母或會對他們無止境的求知慾感到疲於奔命.

3. 孩子的能力會以幾何級數方式與日俱增, 如果家長的學習能力及應變能力不足, 會有很大的壓力.

4. 因為孩子的智力發展較身體發展快, 引致孩子的情緒波動較大, 父母要預備幫助孩子好好發展他們的社交能力, 以及在管教上多下功夫, 稍孩子還小建立緊密的親子關係.

所以用杜曼方法的家長最好有心理準備, 要多認識早熟孩子的特質, 多觀察孩子的需要, 找一間對這類學生有支援的學校, 預備和老師經常溝通, 透過自學或參與課程增加自己的能力, 做好經常要應變的心理預備, 接受他們特別之處, 那樣對自己及孩子均有幫助.

基本上是沒有停頓的，只是換咭時有5-10秒的停頓，事關我要把握每分每秒，否則囡囡會想離開。

對不起，這幾天我到了大陸公幹，所以沒有時間回覆大家，真的不好意思！

有關於實行杜曼教學法的做法，我現時的時間表如下：
(1) 早上(由傭人代勞)
共三次，每次看五張英文字卡及一條算式

(2) 下午(由傭人代勞)
共三次，每次看五張英文字卡及一條算式

(3) 晚上(我自己負責)
共三次，每次看五張英文字卡及一條算式

星期六、日也是由我負責。其實，我非常認同palmchristy的意見應儘量由父母負責來做。但無奈我先生並不熱忱，甚至最初反對我做，所以一直以來我先生都沒有參與其中。而我的工作很忙，很多時亦要外出至深夜，而我又不想用電腦代勞，所以上、下午的部份由我的傭人去做。幸運的是我的傭人很合作和聰明，我只是每次在開始新的題目時在她面前示範一次，她便懂了。而她平時也喜歡和我的囡囡看書，我想這些都對我的女兒幫助不少。

基本上，我是依足杜曼書中所教的方法，但卡的數量及看的次數則按照自己的時間及囡囡的情況來調整。其實杜曼亦說過孩子不喜歡被測試，所以作為父母的都不應時常測驗他們。但奇怪的是我的囡囡很喜歡做解題練習，所以有時我會給她一條算式及兩個數值相近的答案選擇，亦會間中給她兩張字卡，讀出其中一張讓她自選，當她選中時她會顯得很雀躍並會大叫起來、拍手掌。但我相信不是每個孩子也是這樣，所以媽媽最好按照寶寶的獨有個性來實行呀！

跟你一樣，我先生都並不熱忱，但他卻沒有反對我做，而一直以來我先生都沒有跟囡囡玩閃咭，基本上，他是完全信賴我的教育方法，而我就從書本及透過網站的分享來學習育兒的方法。

其實我唔知囡囡鍾唔鍾意看字咭，但我知她很喜愛聽我說話，所以每次我玩閃咭的時候（她正在飲奶），都總會聽我讀出字咭和看著我的臉孔。

你工人都好聰明，可以幫到你。但由於我的是印尼工人，所以不大懂英文，加上我從沒想到要她代勞，因怕她發音唔正確，所以有時我也會怕她跟囡囡讀書上的英文生字，如我看到她讀錯，便會立刻糾正她。

另外，想請問你從ｂｂ幾大開始玩閃咭呢？現在幾多歲？

Hi mamalily and other experienced mothers:

Thanks so much for spending time to share with us despite of your busy schedule.  I’ve already started Glenn Doman’s method with English cards and picture cards for 3 weeks.  Yet my daughter just couldn’t concentrate at all on the English, a bit better with the pictures.  Pls kindly see my questions below, see if anyone could share with me:

1)        Do u also show / flash the picture cards / objects for each corresponding English card?  (A friend of mine told me that I should flash / show the pictures or 實物after flashing their corresponding English cards, so that she could associate the character with the pictures or objects.  However, the English cards that I bought from GC do not have its own corresponding pictures from the GC’s encyclopedia series.  Plus it would be very difficult to get the right object for each English card)

2)        Do u strictly follow Doman’s suggestion by replacing 1 old card with 1 new card everyday for each batch of 5 cards u mentioned above?

3)        I haven’t read about the “How to … math” book yet. But I wonder how soon should I introduce算式 after introducing 1 – 100? My daughter is joining KinderU class, yet the teacher already introduced 算式 after 2 repetitve class that taught just 1 – 10.  I wonder if this is the way Doman suggested.

以我理解，如果依據"如何教寶寶閱讀"一書所講，玩閃咭的時候，是不須要同時看圖+相關的字，因為我們是教寶寶閱讀"字"，並非圖。但如果當我帶bb出街時遇上某些物件，而是她曾經學過的話，我會重複一次給她知道，又或者同bb玩的時候會告訴她身體每部份的名稱，這也是她學過的。

原則上是依據Dr. Doman的方式，但由於有４組不同類型的閃咭關係，所以較難做到字咭每組25張一次，所以我只依從他的理念出發。我現在每次閃10張中文字咭、10張英文字咭、10張點數咭+3題算式、10張百科圖咭。每日每組換2張新咭，淘汰2張舊咭。我囡囡現在10個幾月大，處於非常好動期，所以我只好在她飲奶時做閃咭，我覺得效果唔錯，有時她聽著的讀字咭，也忙了飲奶。

至於"如何教寶寶數學"一書我已看過，依書所述，看了1-20點後，便可開始做加數，每日閃3次，每次做3題不同的算式，換言之，每天做9題，不應重複，為免有重複，你須要用筆錄。另外要注意每組算式不要太相似，例如 1+3 = 4, 1+2 = 3, 2+1 = 3。先做2星期 "加數"，再做2星期 "減數" 然後做乘數、除數。而我自己的做法是看了1-50點後，才開始加法，而現在做了10天加數。

另外，如果你的字咭是直接從GC買回來的話，你可以直接致電去查詢閃咭的用法，他們是有售後服務的，只要你提供會員號碼便可。

You're welcome!  I'd love to share my experience with you, so no need to thank la!

(1)  So far, I've only showed word cards to my daughter as it says so in Glenn Doman's book.  So I guess this is the reason why we should start with those items the baby is most familiar with.  Besides showing her the word cards, I also read books and show her some picture cards, I'll also tell her the names of the items while we go out.  I believe all these can also help her to associate the words she saw before with the real things.

(2)  Basically, I follow GD's method but I will sometimes replace more than 1 card each day as my daughter will easily get bored.  I think the number of cards to be replaced highly depends on the progress and reponses of the kid concerned.

(3)  According to GD's book, when you finish 1 to 20, you can start the equations.  However, you should also show your kid 21 to 100 on the other hand as you'll need these cards when it comes to "x" equations.

各位媽咪，

我都開始左杜曼教育差不多3個多月，我都係由文字開始，到現在大孖對文字都依然好有興趣，但數點現在去到30幾他已經不大願意睇，而細孖大約個多月前已經不看文字咭，每當對他閃時，他便會東張西望，於是我便改用電腦閃，維持左一兩個期星期，但依家他對電腦閃的興趣大減，所以我這幾天開始閃百科圖，可喜的是他亦有興趣。

我想問各位認為我應否繼續閃數點咭呢 ??我知數點咭bb大個就不能看了，但無奈我對孖仔好似對數點咭不感興趣。

我都是要返工，所以我每天是不規則地儘閃，有時閃文字，有時閃數點，有時閃數式，總知是打握時間儘做，閃都15次便加新咭。

Dear all mothers:

Now, the situation is getting improved.  We set up a routine for her.  We do flashcard while she's taking milk in the morning, she's pretty focused and didn't look elsewhere; also while she is taking snack or has finished her meal, this way, she's kept in her highchair.  Somehow she get used to the routine, and could stay focus for a while.  Her concentration is better now.  Thank you all for your advice and comments.  Love to hear and share experience here.  many thanks
