可以分享下 why 伍季明 is not in your favorite? They are not bad in banding: B1-40%, B2-40%, B3-20%.

And the location is good - near to 荃湾MTR station!

I agreed that Shatin has several good primary schools. But I am worrying the transportation.

今天東方日報刊登轉自小學概覽資料，話浸聯有80%BAND ONE，但我有幾個朋友的兒女是現讀此校，他們話老師說要考67名內才是BAND ONE，全級約180多名，即約33.33%，何來有80%? 請問有冇人知何解?何況此校好似冇以往幾年學能測驗成績!

荃灣雖然無沙田咁多英中，但亦不至於只得一兩間好學校，揀得落手的起碼有前62區的三基二官和前63區的天主教四大天王，如果柴天都計埋就有十間啦!

Did any BK Dad and Mom can comment whether 浸聯 is belong to "催谷" type studying environment?

浸聯 is not a "催谷" type school.  My son is studying P4 there and they have only one exam on each term.

There are about 4-5 times dictation on each term in both Chinese and English. Before the formal dictation, there will be some 'pre-dictation'.

No elite class. This year, all my son's classmate promote to same class in P4.

No ranking on the academic report. Just  the marks or grades were shown.

Do you mean there is no scorecard for student of all level? How about high level one, eg. P4~P6?

It is surprised to know that 浸聯 is not pushing hard though they have a brilliant banding(over 55% for B1). Their headmaster and teaching team is really outstanding!

That's why a lot of parent love this school... 難揀!!

Apart from浸聯.  Which you will put in second choice?
天佑, 伍季明, 石鍾山, 荃官(ShenTseng), 荃官(HoiBai), 基慧, (基慧 Ma Wan)
Really ! Really ! Headache problem.
Any parents have friend or kid now studying in伍季明 ?  Is it good?
Because my daughter’s teacher highly recommend me to choose 伍季明, but from BK. Most parents are no more mention on this school.  Anyone can help me.

Pls post up what you heard from the Parent's day! If no scorecard, how can you know whether your kids is below standard or in the upper class...
