我大囝做會計.
輾轉.今年入了新公司.
十分忙碌.
平日OT.
星期六自動返工.
一些鎖碎的.又帶返屋企做.

亞囝當然有微言.

不過. 我睇.
工作態度是配合環境的.
公司算係龐大.
希望努力可以穩步上升.

所以.子女遇上困難.
可以用另一個角度去睇.

我仔都係講求work live balance，同時也希望有decent 嘅人工。

我有問過點解唔全職自己發展slash，他的答案係有份正職就不用解釋自己做緊乜嘢，年長覺得你唔穩陣，年輕嘅會以為你是deep pocket，從俗有時係好事，省卻麻煩。

香港人工作上係好盡心盡力。

其他國籍人士，不同工作文化就好大差異。

兒子特別欣賞德國人，守時，專業，勤力，到5點關公司電話電腦，去打波，拍拖，chill下。

老板們也不會奪命追魂call，兩年多下來只有一次星期六打電話澄清一些急事，開頭結尾都係道歉打擾你。

兒子都知道肯去美國，肯去投行係可以翻幾翻，他自己決定。

他覺得在歐洲開心啲，適合自己性格，到某一個時間點，他要起錨，我不會驁奇。

其實我從一開始, 就唸住寫出來放半天就刪內容, 畢竟不好太公開. 之所以短暫公開, 係因為有實質數字, 對想了解美國IT行業的, 會具體很多. 譬如我都想知道北京上海的IT人究竟如何高薪, 能有人提供就最好了.

兒子一向獨立, 他的career path, 他自己決定. 有時我想, 萬一有朝一日他被layoff, 也是好的, 我一向想他再讀多啲書, 他不愁經濟的, 已婚, 太太的工作被layoff機會很微, 到時他回到校園, 老婆養.

兒子都講在英國現在科技及電腦的收入比金融不徨多讓，AI， Fintech 叫價好高。

我可以講一個ICL工程畢業生，最初在銀行做MT，轉入銀行IT部門工作幾年，然後跳出去電腦公司做project management，再跳Fintech 公司做regional operation，幾年後Fintech 公司被Bloomberg 收購，他升Senior Engineer，年薪有部份要交45 ％稅，未計bonus及公司股票。他駐在倫敦工作，經常飛歐洲、北美洲上系統。

當年他爸爸媽媽希望我勸他讀HKU，他在英國讀AL，我最後勸他們應該讓他留在英國讀ICL，畢業之後幾年他們就多謝我的建議。如果在香港，人工可能一半多一些，bonus 股票就未必有。

他讀BME，副修電腦，他不算轉跑道。

我認為現在個bachelor degree係好基本，轉跑道係冇乜問題。工程入面有些訓錬係好好嘅，可從應用在不同行業。

創業者對自己盤生意有情意結，非迫不得已，都不想放棄。

自己試過摺咗一間香港公司連工廠，係唔捨得嘅，但拍檔拍唔落去，不理誰對誰錯，結束咗，再輕裝上陣，條路好行好多，好快就賺錢。
