Over4萬的不是一般MT，是外資銀行的優秀MT，普通MT好像是2萬
MT未定工作範圍的，要看之後自己取向，如果跑 ...

這個工種，一年請人不多，等同AO，冇乜代表性。

我哋以前跨國企業，MT係要good first degree，well known MBA，加兩年工作經驗。請過一個老麥分店女經理。一年3-5個，milk round 不同部門之後，入到心儀部門，已經有公司車，housing allowance，所以冇乜代表性。

我認同自己有信心可以大膽些。

再了解本身學校師兄師姐成績，再決定搏唔搏，

係呀。

阿仔畢業第一個offer 係銀行MT，人工係三個之中最高，他turn down 咗，因為之後要做sales 孭數，不合他的性格，人工高會計師樓顧問差不多一倍。

其實中學大學對他的影響很大，work smart 比 work hard 重要。

人人性格不同，他知道走專業是王道

，做大sales攞苦嚟辛

。

他畢業三年已經有齊兩個專業資格，事業上自然leap and bounce，未到倫敦已經有兩份工等緊佢選擇，一份銀行，另一份四大，一如以往，他婉拒銀行。

我C6啲同事就係貪唔駛咁辛苦讀專業科目又可以薪高福利好（銀行福 ...

他有CFA，FRM，你可以考慮埋精算師。這些不是銀行專業，係金融專業資格，涵蓋銀行。最難考係CFA及精算師牌。

他一直目標係金融分析師加風險管理，但冇乜考慮銀行，但係他現在嘅客戶三大類，銀行（IBank and Corporate bank)，保險公司，資產管理公司，銀行係大戶。這一兩年他的業務範圍加多咗Fintech and Crypto類別。

薪高福利好都睇長線及短線，睇得長遠些比較實際。他22歲畢業入四大做阿四，2 6歲已經D class。

唯一唔好處係向銀行借錢有嚴格規定，不能在公司客戶銀行借錢買樓，公司有可借貸銀行清單作參考，利率都係優惠嘅，最吸引嘅係6個星期大假，買電動車特別優惠，汽車津貼（有車冇車都有），他們公司福利到一定職級都要跟銀行睇齊，不然，不停俾人挖角。

我覺得唔錯呀，去到一定職級還是有心之話，真係可以做福市民。70年代後期高薪養廉係吸引一批精英加入政府。

當然，2047年一國一制也要考慮。如果冇考慮移民，一心留在香港發展，係值得考慮。

學校果科5+得58%，其他科係70%！而且唔係努力就得，係DSE成績計法問題。我真係好唔想佢讀但佢好堅持!

我咁樣諗，你孩子自己了解5+的機會是多少？例如英文成績最好嘅人讀唔讀呢科，打算讀醫及GBus或者其他神科就多數唔會選Eng Lit，當然LLB相關科目除外，有可能你孩子係校內讀這科前25% (因為我估你太謙)或者更前，你就不用替他擔心。

如果他堅持，就無謂勉強他。他最後大學是打算修什麼科目，如果係醫科就要想好plan B，他願意用什麼去搏？
