Per last year’s experience, discussion was initiated by teachers in English, hence, very logically parents replied in same language. In my team, out of 5 parents, one parent had difficulty to speak in English after several trials, then she asked for favour to communicate in mandarin, which was also allowed by the teachers.

呢個都係真。
Open discussion, 好有以前中學會考英文會話嘅感覺，講得太多太aggressive又唔太好。

Basically there were 2 rounds last year, in the 2nd round, child and parent would go to 2 separate rooms for interviews on the same day. You may deem this as 2nd and 3rd rounds combined in one day for last year (where in the past it was 2 separate days after 1st round). Not sure if this year is the same though.

Would you mind to tell us, how would the interview with parents being conducted? Is it the teacher ask a general question on education and open to parent to give comment? Are the teacher taking marks during the interview with parents?

上年先睇VIDEO, 有2位老師, 其中一位係NET. 睇完就問問題。大致都係認唔認同VIDEO所講, 點解。每位家長輪住答, 自選語言。之後會有第二題問題, 其實無得温, 考你即時唸到咩。而老師話, 答第二題問題時老師要求用第二種語言, 即若第一條用廣東話, 第二條唔可以再用。

我個組答第一問題時有位家長純普通話, 有一位純英。之後普通話家長用英文回答(有點吃力)不過都係完成咗。

好似往年都係會要求英語回答的。
