SPCCPS VS MCSPS

考唔考慮搬屋？如果搬就一定SPCCPS。有同學仔住荃灣都要好早起身，而且最近社會運動多，要考慮清楚距離。

至於幫唔幫到細佬妹。成日覺得最好就個別事件個別處理！弟妹自有弟妺福。

基本上間間都會 reject siblings，不論直私，只係部份學校會可能 siblings 直入 round 2、waiting 優先之類。

得官津先可以確保 100% 弟妹直入。

Your understanding is consistent with mine.  I was just replying to Lover2009 because she said "今年很多有兄姊正在讀SPCCPS 的都不收".  The "很多" surprises me.

小學來講，兩間都好好，個人觀察可能 MCS 微微佔優，應考慮位置及經濟。
中學來講，SPCC 就一定好過 MCS，應考慮是否要求小朋友非站在頂峰不可

Thanks for the intel.  
We are non-alumni and non-SKH related, but our older one is current SPCCPS student.  Our little one (a small B) fortunately got accepted into 2020/21.  That's why I was surprised to hear that many siblings got rejected.   

P.S. After having gone through this twice, my advice to anyone interested in SPCCPS is to focus on Chinese vocabulary and presentation skills and organization skills, and nurture your kids' interest in reading and critical analysis from a young age.  It is also important to prepare your kids according to the school's published "學生素質".  On the other hand, I don't think there's much emphasis on competitions/certifications per se.  Good luck!
