Re: 中學排名
Let's get the facts right.
HFCC has 160 secondary places. A max of 85% or 136 could go to HFCS primary section.
In each HFCS primary school, there are 68 students (i.e. 2 classes from each school). HFCS (Kln City) has 46% band 1 students and 40% band 2. It also has 84% of its primary students going to the secondary section (i.e. band 3 students can't get into HFCC). Assuming HFCS (KT) has similar banding and admission rate to secondary, a total of 114 HFCS students would be admitted to HFCC, short of the maximum of 136 that could be allocated to HFCS. It is more about class structure of HFCS primary.
In the future, the two HFCS primary schools will have 238 graduates (7 classes) each year, vs. a max of 136 places offered by HFCC secondary. So you have to be the top 57% to be admitted to the secondary. Chances are that most primary students to HFCC will be band 1 or top quartile of band 2. |
