Based on my past experience from K1 interview, they primarily focused on interviewing us (the parents).

2nd interview only for parents, no need to bring child.  It's only a 10 minute chat with the principal or other senior teachers.

For my elder daughter’s K1 2nd interview, we brought our daughter there and she was being escorted to a play / reading room (accompany by a teacher) while we were being escorted to another room to have the discussion with the principal.

My elder daughter was a "small b" who was born in Oct., and hence, as expected, her performance was just so-so (she didn't know how to present herself well at that time) for her first interview but somehow she got offered for a second interview and then an offer (even though ended up we didn't take the offer).
