已經去間所謂好o既幼稚園，學校成續九成highly developed或 excellent，都入唔到喇沙、拔萃，都唔知入到呢兩間學校會係d咩學生呢？

我囡囡就派到協恩, 重要喺跨區嗰隻, 原本都好開心, 但我啲friend 個都話協恩唔喺幾好, 英文程度唔高, 大家st cat 家長都知, 咁難得教到囡囡啲英語能力都唔錯, 怕佢會倒退. 但如果放棄又好似好可惜咁, 原本冇預期會中, 冇揾料, 都唔知協恩喺唔喺咁好, 英文程度如何. 有個friend 個女讀油天, 都話啲英文差咗, p1 讀番k3啲英文書
而家個心真係1516.
請問大家St cat 一家長覺得讀協恩好, 定喺德望好呢?

Good Hope is a better choice if wanting to maintain standard of English.  

But friends of mine said Good Hope has very strict discipline.  Girls with active character may find the school very difficult.

Pls consider what is best for yr girl before making the decision.

現才深深體會當年蕭若元講.  政府應該將津貼直接俾學生, 唔係學校.  由學生挪住啲津貼 - 鍾意考边間就边間. 鍾意讀边間就边間.  學校自然汰弱留强.  水準自然提升. 如果有津貼, 我根本就唔介意讀私校.  更加唔使咁辛苦叩門.  俾咁多錢讀St. Cat. 都係想個仔有條好路行.  將來可以舒服啲.  

真係想問曾x權挪番錢!!

Very agree ah.  My kid has admitted to Cannosian St. Francis School in Wanchai.  Most people said this is a good school, but I'm worrying its English standard.  My kid also got offer from KTS, what will you choose if you were me?  I like KTS co'z it has high English standard.  Pls advice.  Thks!

我就覺得協恩都幾好,我跨區和同區都選協恩,反而st. rose我就排第三.協恩都好難入,有好多人想入都入唔到.不過我相信因為而家小朋友少,所以相對地比較易抽到,下年我相信一定很難抽,因為是千禧年小朋友.我囡囡都讀st.cat 的.英文好唔好有很多方面可以去培養.如果真係好在意佢英文standard,就應該讀國際小學.而唔係選差唔多同level的私校.我個人相信如果只依賴學校,協恩和德望都不可以令到小朋友講英文好似native speaker咁.

話我祟洋都無辦法.  英文唔得死9成.  我成日都有同大陸的人有email 來往.  個個都好似驚死人唔知佢識英文. 動不動就好似寫論文咁.  仲cc埋的客.  如果我地下一代的英文唔得.  睇怕實米都無得乞.  同拾幾憶人爭.

兩樣都重要. 事實上英文唔係自己母語.  週圍的人又係講中文多.  學好英文係俾中文難.  國際性資料係internet 又以英文為主.  英文唔得係較嚴重.  睇國內office 的人都要識英文先請.  無辦法 - 現實係殘酷. :cry:

都唔知乜嘢先至真真正正對個細佬好.  剛開學時. 同幾個媽咪傾計. 其中一個好似對個女好嚴.  但係個女女拔又收, 協恩又得.  根本就係佢揀學校.  唔係學校揀佢.  有時我都有問自己係咪未儘全力.  搞到今天咁樣.  :cry:

Hi everbody,

I'm also the unlucky one in net 41, my son is
allocated the fifth choice - Baptist Rainbow P.S.,
In fact, I chose this school just because they are
chinese/English School, anyone knows how is it?
whatever out of my top 3 choices are meaningless.
oh dear! This bad news really make me crazy, I am
very sad!!   I feel guilty for my son because I can't
give him a good primary school after St. Cat. such
excellent kindergarten.
Of course, I will go to knock La Salle's door again,
and also some private school as I did't go for
registration previouly.
Any friend can tell me something about Kowloon
Tong School (Primary Section). Actually my husband
and I like the environment, who knows their English
standard and teaching strategy?? I need your help!
