I had asked "United Kingdom Visa and Immigrations
international enquiry service" by email and the answer was below:

If he had provided a TB test last time he apply the visa and he is not
going to stay in Hong Kong for more than 6 months, then he will not need a
TB test again.

請問2年前是用特區護照簽證，下個月到期打算用BNO申請簽證，是否需要重新照肺再申請簽證？

照肺的診所是有指定的嗎？如有，請問在哪裡可以睇到嗰啲診所名單？我想趁有時間，早啲帶亞女去照定先。

BNO申請簽證都要照肺，但你再問下會清楚D。

請問 IHS 呢個費用，是我網上申請預約是要比信用卡過數？
還是到禮頓道交證件簽證時先繳付。

因我只知道簽證費是網上申請時繳費。

上網用信用卡過數，網上申請簽證時會在之後要你俾埋錢，俾錢後會有e mail通知你IHS號碼，要將e mail print出來。
