The play visit last about 30 to 45mins (I forgot the exactly time), all kids and parent (prefer 1 parent with the child) are invited to a room, kids are freely to play around inside the room. The teachers will walk around with all kids and take a chance to talk or play with the kids. Then circle / story time will be followed. That's it.

Do the parent accompany the kid for the whole period of time? My kid won't talk to stranger without me beside him.

They actually encourage the attendance of both parents, but at least one parent needs to be there.  There are different activities for the kids to do.  Kids can roam around the room freely.  Teachers would walk around and chit chat with the parents and kids casually.  Asking questions such as family background, what language(s) the family use, what the kid likes to do etc. Nothing formal.  So just relax and have a good time!   Best of luck!

Tung chung is different i guess,everyone got the same letter when applied to tung chung
