都唔一定，好多時候，不同學校的家長們會有交流包括考測默範圍，這都會有所領略，反而功課多少沒什麼好比，有d改正只不過是把錯字寫一至三次，不覺係一樣功課

所以咪好似我所講要睇學生嘅能力囉，對於呢類型有B1A直屬中學或目標係升上B1中學嘅學校一定對學生嘅要求唔低，付出同期望係成正比。我未喺坊間遇見過有學校對學生要求唔高，但又可以有好理想升B1中學嘅學生數量。我同意你所講，功課多少沒有好比，反而質量才可比較。

不過[谷]字太過扁意，我會用課程深淺去區分學校嘅類型。

It's true that students from Raimondi like applying SJPS, and yes there have been few either I personally know or have heard of.  My friend whose son is now with Raimondi mentioned their syllabus have been changed, and furthermore SJPS allows them to have the benefits of having its own secondary.  So many Raimond parents like to attempt SJPS.

It's never scientific to measure what's 谷. Different families have different measurements and sources.  I found some schools certainly are more demanding than sjps both in terms of the material as well as the way to test and have exam on.  On the other hand, one may easily find schools that're not  as demanding.  I have been talking about schools with band 1 results, ,not comparing with others.  

Most important remains the question:  Does your son fit the style of the school?  This is far more essential than solely evaluating the school is/ is not demanding objectively.  Even a school is demanding, some may find it fit;  on the same token, some may find those "easier" or "happier" learning not fitting their children.

Has anyone  watched the UK program comparing British teaching vs Chinese teaching.  Few UK students found their results soared after being taught by Chinese, while there were many found it too demanding although results were slightly better.

請教一下，你個人認為可以將SJPS同RAIMONDI歸納為同一類型既小學嗎? 轉校生容易適應嗎?

谷與不谷這個問題很難一蓋而論，其實是很視乎學生本身能力，有人讀名校覺得好輕鬆，因本身能力高，也有人讀二三線也覺得吃力，所以機本上不存在谷與不谷，只是學生能力是否適應該校課程。

Soundervolt同HACS既睇法我好認同，學校谷唔谷，好在乎個學生能力，我兒學校課程中等，亦有同學讀唔掂要轉校…

所以要好好在小一之前作準備，以免上到小學時叫苦連天…

I don't think I can give you the answers you're expecting.  I don't have in-depth knowledge about Raimondi.  My friend's son is studying at Raimondi, heard from her their syllabus is not easy, have quite many tests before exam.  Her another child is studying at another top school in district 12.   What I know is their students switched to SJPS have rather good performance in lower primary.
