Any one use the law school professor to file the patent ? I doubt it.

ITF provides funding for all HK companies to file first patent, the limit is HK$100,000.

Yes and but ....

The major problem of HK researchers, they aim for paper publishing, patent filing and not for commercialisation..... Useless researches. Recently, UGC pushed them to commercialise the "Inventions", but they are not ready ..... but ask for very high license fee and royalties etc.....

Recently visited the University of Tel Aviv - Engineering School, even the undergraduate final year projects are aimed for commercialisation, not just a design project, it's a real clinical problems raised by clinicians of public hospitals. Students also need to do patent search, business plan on top design and prototyping ......

講生及教師只愛攪政治！校長又唔理去整頓歪風，完全感覺怕被批鬥！大學排名愈來愈低有甚麼出奇！

其實中大都好多搞政治，陳建文，子強，馬嶽，姚松炎，周保松，希望特首可以整理一下。
