我囡囡三間(方方, 迦南, 慧中)都有考, 亦都取錄(坦白講nursary有位就自然收啦!!)

方方--十分着重英文聽, 講, 理解
           有native speaker做班主任
           interview :老師翻開書指住e.g. apple/ fish/ ball   
         地方够大够新, 好吸引, 收費亦成正比: $2950/mth+945(stationery)+670(uniform)

迦南--着重中文較多, 每星期有英文課
           interview : 老師同BB玩玩具 e.g. 用手/脚打波,
         觀察小朋友對指令理解及反應, 問家長較多e.g. 日常生活etc.
        好新淨, 但空間較細, 個主任好nice好好傾
          收費好似約2000另加半年一次文具費約600, 好處係交11個月學費

慧中--好似介乎两者中間, 每星期有英文及普通話(native speaker)
        interview: 主要問家長e.g. bb日常起居, 飲食, 疾病, 會叫bb去取物件, 睇反應理解
         收費2228/mth(交12個月)+~800(文具/半年)+校服
地方够大, 但比上两間較舊, 但都够乾淨, 主任亦好好傾好nice

我最後選慧中, 我想俾BB多D活動空間, 雖然最大係方方, 但感覺上好市儈, nursary interview應注重BB日常生活題較多嘛, 方方三句唔埋就同我計學費 而且我無計劃俾BB讀国际學校; 迦南就太細啦!!新一代完全無睇, 因好似好舊

The fact is: it is the parent choosing the school but not the school choosing the pupil.  The supply is more than the demand.  All applicant will be accepted.
As for 市儈 or not, don't put too much weighting on it.  The schools have to be somewhat 市儈, becuase they are losing money.  Mind you all three school are private owned.  I think it is perfectly acceptible that you pay them and they offer you good customer service.  Actually, I like private school in the sense that they do provide good customer service in order to compete with the subsidized school and to survive.

One point to add: I think 方方 has higer academic standard.

昨日我同仔仔去左迦南interview,感覺好差.
我仔仔廿二個月大,只識講bb話,其他一概不曉,開頭我同奶奶已一早聲明,點知個李主任仲攞d字母咭俾阿仔去識字,我都好奇怪,試問一個小b點樣去認得晒去手頭d字母咭,更可況我已講明阿仔不懂,結果阿仔好抗拒同逃避,一張都唔識.

接住李主任又話剛剛interview完個女小朋友,佢不知幾醒目,張嘴好利咁話,又話同齡既男仔同女仔分野好大,仲叫我買cd"三隻小豬"/"貪心的小狗"返來播給仔仔聽,好等佢未到八月四日入學有所改善,聽到呢句已經好唔開心喇,好老實講阿仔還阿仔,第二個小朋友還第二個小朋友,點可以比較? 另外一樣事就係阿仔語言差,做父母都要配合學校齊齊下功夫,但佢俾我既感覺係要我仔仔裝備好自己先去入學,當時火都黎埋,全程得佢講無你講,我想話學費/雜費/各方面都無時間問又到第二個,一心仲想參觀間校舍同設施都無,好差


結果我返上樓填完張表攞左去新一代,校長親自接待同講解,另外書記小姐帶我去參觀校舍,阿仔則由兩個嬸嬸同一個主任陪伴玩,阿仔起初好抗拒陌生環境同人,躲在我身後,唔知佢地有咩野法寶,阿仔玩到唔願走,臨走佢地請阿仔吃朱古力餅添,我好大機會俾阿仔係新一代讀,因為佢玩得好開心      :

我本來諗住比仔仔讀迦南, 聽完你個仔仔經歷, 我諗我個仔都唔會in 得好, 我覺得男仔係比女仔學得慢d, 我個仔過咗一歲先至識bye bye, 好多bb 女九個月已經識!

我依家俾個仔逢星期六去方方度上playgroup, 個感覺都幾好, d老師同主任好nice, 仔仔都好鍾意去嗰度玩, 我又報咗慧中9/7試讀日, 到時去參觀下個校舍好唔好

Nowadays, many children have speech delay especially those who are taking care by maid. Have you try to search for individual preschool teached training for your son? I think it may help to speed up his development. Heep Hong Society is one of the choice with good comment.

My girl loves the lessons much. The teachers are nice and not so old in my opinion (some 30+) but the facilities are really "old". You may also send your kid to the 寶寶班 (free of charge; once every two Saturday) to see if he/she likes the school.

我今日打去問過,佢地話無咁一回事,仲打算暑假裝修添.
但另一邊海濱媽咪會又話佢租約未傾妥,要找地方搬,唉都唔知點好?
如果佢地真的要搬,我會選擇迦南.

我仔仔黎緊六月四日都會返寶寶班,老實講上星期六我都有同仔仔去參觀(寶寶班放晒學入來參觀)順便交表,仔仔初初表現好怯場,但班老師/嬸嬸同佢一齊玩,佢又玩得好開心,仲唔想走,我見部份老師大約年齡約三十多歲,佢地真係好有耐性同心機逗我仔仔玩,因為我仔仔是極到怕去陌生環境同接觸陌生人,不過就舊羅,佢地話暑假會裝修,你都俾你小朋友去玩吓,真係幾值得推介

我上個月已同個仔報名慧中n班，之前去過佢open day及試讀班，佢D老師及職員好有愛心，見完後我個仔都好鐘意。唔知佢收唔收啦！

I've chosen Cannan and will register soon lar. Both I and my hubby think the environment of Cannan is tidier and we observes that the teachers are nice (I live in 海濱). Teachers of New Generation are very nice but the facilitaties are old and not very safe (e.g. many sharp angles) for young children. My girl doesn't like Wisdom so we haven't attempted to apply that school.

My girl is also in the yellow group. That means my girl will be in the same class with your boy! We may meet in the parent's day (I read from the information sheet that there will be a parent's day in July). My mum will go to register for my girl today.

咁快知道係七月份某個星期六早上,因為我要星期六先去第一次註冊(可能要先註冊先知),如果果日是短週,我會帶小朋友一齊去,等佢知道第日返學返呢間.

eunice，妳第一次註冊都未去呀，咁妳點知分yellow班，我己經去咗第二次註冊了，所以7月份我開家長會傾做校服等嘅事，因8月4号己經返學了，我無去個新一代呢，因我唔係住海濱架，但我有個好朋友係响祈德邨迦南幼稚園做校師，佢話比我聽迦南幾好，同我有嗰bk friend晌海濱住，佢都話幾好，所以我先一心一意報迦南，希望我哋多點分享吓呢
