Since the original poster mentioned terminology like "Dual Boot", I guess he/she should have the technical know-how to implement the following solution.
Buy a Mac, then buy and install a software called "VMWare Fusion" on the Mac, this will allow you to create and run "Virtual Machines" and you can install Windows or Linux on them. You'll be able to have Mac OS, Windows, and Linux, all running concurrently and switch between them at ease.
This is better than Bootcamp (dual boot) because that will only let you run one OS at a time, to switch to the other OS you'll have to reboot which is very tedious.
