Klt hkps focuses on literacy, while harts focuses on pe and visal arts. Therefore, I think the whole training programme content is difference.

hkps pays strong effort in training student's presentation skill,  story telling,  but it sounds like harts didnt focus in same area.

Movie同音樂兩樣野黎冇得比較邊樣好d架喎。即係你覺得金像獎勁d定勁歌金曲勁d?其實Movie啟發性都可以好強。咁當然覺得自己教都得既就一定10個勁啦。好多家長都係自己教音樂。

I guess the talk missed out a big point on how to make students learn from the movie. Everyone can show a kid the movie, but I did not hear anything on whether the teachers would follow up after the movie

我無聽真movie day, 要formal dressing?!?! 我估就算weekly movie day，都係睇30mins左右，唔會睇足3個鐘，小朋友attention span都無咁耐！但我關心佢哋show咩movie！

大家咁多疑惑，似乎個簡介會present得唔係太好，資料唔充足。睇戲係可以當作Eng Literature一部分，要學生分析及評論，但這是中學修讀Eng Lit的情況。至於幼稚園版點執行真係唔知，純粹當欣賞visual art？定變格版show & tell? 睇幾耐？睇乜？睇完又點？感覺現在像sell概念股，建議有心讀的還是好好再問清楚學校。幾鍾意間學校都好，最緊要保障自己，要keep住問教育局幾時有牌至好讀。

PS: 過去曾有學校未正式獲批而勉強開學，家長開頭一個多月需要日日陪番學。那時教育局審查校舍，家長及小朋友要到渡假營「走鬼」一段日子，不過當時間學校沒有收費。

When you think about it, school fees is $6800 but is to be paid in 10 installments.  So not really big big difference from other famous kindergartens. If it includes music instrument lessons from K2 (I rang up HKPS and they said the PODS and HARTS syllabus will be the same), then it might worth the money and worth the try in light of those very positive comments from PODS users.

Really?  Is it confirmed?  Last time I called and the lady said she only knows HKPS and Pods have musical instrument class but not sure about Harts yet, they'll only know by Aug...  I guess we'll just wait and see, nothing much we can do at this moment.
They sound pretty confident that class can begin in Sept though, which I really doubt...

Does HKPS have free music instrument class starting from K2 as well?  I haven't heard of it before.  Can any HKPS users share?

The presentation PowerPoint shows there are 3 sport days, formal dress day (for movie or show), and reading day. So, I am not sure how formal they expect. Just on doubt why not uniform only?

樂基K2k3有小提琴，美樂笛學，學費已包埋。k2頭兩個月有面試班，學費已包。另外書薄費已包reading scheme圖書，輪流看，老師每週會同每個學生讀書，再比評語，一中一英，學期尾會派番一人幾本。上午班除茶點外仲包埋早餐。早半小時番學老師會講故事，教種花。仲要係NET。

雙班主任係全天候對住班小朋友。我女班主任係英國人，全校一半老師係西人，冇abc。


k3超多活動，上學期已表演兩次，Sky100 and Disney。k3有伴讀計劃，會去幾日沙田呂明才。校內都好多活動，星期二hotpot,星期五生日會。。。只怕食得太多。


每天都係食同玩，同老師chat下，種下花，拉下琴咁，搞到我都想去樂基番學。
