Mine was Cantonese. What stream did you apply?

I applied local stream, and unluckily interview was conducted in English, parent -teacher interview was quite good but my son couldnt perform as well as he could if in cantonese because he couldnt understandthe what did the teacher say. I almost translated her instruction in cantonese all the way to my boy...sigh.... dont think i can get any offer although my son is big b.

I speak Cantonese to my son most of the time so I am surprised he knows the instructions in English. Only my helper speaks English to him. He can say his English name, point to mom, recognize colour and watermelon. I think the teacher is a bit crazy asking him to count one two three.... Also, the playground at entrance is observation area. I don't know how they do it because we when there without the label as registration has not started for my session. Also I suspect many have not gone to that area before the interview.

Haha ur son is smart . Watermelon is crazy. I told her my son never eats this. I think apple, orange and banana are more common fruits

He does not eat watermelon. He just have toy fruits

There were two story books on the desk. Did the teacher ask any questions about them? In my case, the teacher didnt do anything about them. But my son grabbed the book and wanted to read it. The teacher asked him to give it back to her....

Anyone existing studying in pods can let me know the status of the school? Are they activity base? Will it too free? please advice

My friend said it is quite good. Kids need to present stories to the class. Thru this kind of activity, kids become more confident and presentable.

Haha i didnt think about that. I dont think they will accept my son with such a poor performance.
