If it really happened in school, school must be held responsible. They have to protect kids safety. Even if you go to a zoo, the tigers just come and eat you, zoo must keep visitors safe. Boys parents must teach kids how to behave and not. All parents responsibility to teach own kids.

唔喺乜野叫監護人？18歲以下俾拉左，都要家長去保吧~~養不教，父之過呀~細細個就要教男仔要尊重女性啦。野獸咩？When desire comes。。。。。

學校P5、6都有性教育，訓導主任/老師都有教小朋友，呢個喺正經嚴肅既話題，唔可以隨便攞黎開玩笑架~

乜 LOGIC？人同野獸唔同，因為有道德，有法律。家長責任一定係最大，因為佢地冇好好教個仔。

有女兒的父母，一般較積極教女兒保護自己，但好多有兒子的家長，都好中意話「好采我個係仔，冇咁擔心」。

但佢地又有冇教兒子尊重女性？

I think this is all about "respect". And this mainly is the responsibility of the parents.

I cannot believe someone say "when desire comes...... blah blah blah" in ek. It indicates that there are parents/people with very twisted values. Very disturbing.......
If one cannot control his desire, better put this person in an asylum.

如果父母唔肯教, 就唔該用鎖鏈綁實佢唔好俾佢出街,  唔好為禍人間!!!

人同野獸 is exactly true!
It is because human has extra-ordinarily good control and suppression of desire!
But we should know the children have weak control right?

I do agree we should all have high moral and correct value!
But god know?  Even most respectable persons actually are human-skin-animal-heart right?

Frankly speaking, you can say the boy and animal and cold-blooded!
You do not understand how parents want to do and can do!
But how come their children are sort of ... their parents feel so regret because their children do harm the society!
But how can the parents do... the parents are also helpless...

Yes, you are right.  The boy is sick, otherwises he should not do this!

When the parents discover their boy is sick, and want to seek treatment form Government specalist doctor like psychological, you know the queue is more than one year waiting time!

The parents cannot afford private clinic because the consultation and treatment fees are so expensive!

The society is cruel right?
