It was so hard for me for making this decision of releasing the internal K1 offer from KM. Well, choose KV - because of the well displine training in school, reputation, many ppl said KV students are all get well used to primiary school life. I know some student hard to get used to primiary school life since they majority come from happy school, however, I prefer he have an early typical local school training for him to have no difficulties when he gets to P.1.

I know KM also has 罸企 and some sort of 'rules' although in general the teachers are quite nice.  My personal feeling is that the class size is smaller than KV so it's rather easier for teachers to control the kids/ train up their discipline in KM.

學校有無Net 我覺得重要性不大，一個net 對幾多學生！倒不如找個net 1對1更有用。

yes, KV is abit late for having NET...however, their primary school result is also one of the best kindergarten....and their Egnlish level even when there was no NET before, its very high also, totally enough for P.1....when they havent announced about they have NET this year...every year still over 8000 applications from different kind of parents...

Kentville parents never deny the importance verbal communication / presentation skills.   They are simply looking at different things (eg Chinese, maths, transition to p1) when weighing up the strength of different schools.

本地老師可以英文好差, 也可以英文很好, 懂得鼓勵小朋友自己對學習語文有興趣, 這才是長遠小朋友對小朋友好的

相反, 外籍老師母語是英文, 不理解學習英語作為第二語言的難處. 最重要的是, 我不相信家長希望小朋友有古怪的蘇格蘭或英國中部口音. 吾係歧視, 連英國人都會今樣笑自己人. 如果真係要 外籍老師, 不如要求高點, 搵個有純正牛津腔的老師

大家可以有不同的意見, 我單純想指出別盲信外籍老師的優點

如Target 傳統官津名小，kv is one of the best.  喜歡communication 和presentation 的，vic 和 st cat are without doubt better choices.   Apple vs orange, compare 冇意思。
