回覆：請問筲箕灣慈幼小學好嗎?

小兒下年升小一，所以都要諗定報邊間，我本身係外區長大唔清楚東區既學校，想了解多些。

簡單總結以上朋友對慈幼既留言：
1 . 學校教職員很有愛心；
2. 數理較强、英文較差；
3. 校風純樸；
4. 因當年轉英中、中中關係影響入U率，以致跌Band、繼而收生差了，引致惡性循環？

有錯請指正，歡迎補充！

另外，請問慈幼在東區算是次熱門類嗎？大家又會否以慈幼為乙部第2、3的選擇呢？

agree with retriever. Charlotte mom pls look the whole picture before making bads comments. This is unfair. My son study in this school 5 years. He is disciplined and good at computer. This year he can learn writing Apps. Salesain school concerns in computer study which really useful in future.

講真，入到band 1你同個細路又唔一定跟得上。慈幼唔係死谷要出名，但應該可以教到一個正直嘅仔俾你。如果你個仔有天資有求學興趣，到邊到讀書都一樣。但學壞咗價值觀，咁就一世𠺢啦！

抱歉, 太主觀的說話我改左了

btw我寫左另一個post關於sen選校, 如果你有sen經驗, 請你幫手俾d意見好嗎? 希望將來sen家長選校時可以作為參考, 因為真係睇唔到慈幼對sen支援

Hahaha! I agree so much with your comments. From my observation the old boys are kind, caring, good husband, good father, good man. They are less arrogant, more practical. Agree that from academic stand point, the boys not very sharp. English is quite poor. Maths and Science may be stronger. But from a human develpment stand point, the school brings up good people.
However, this is my observation of the older generations. I am not sure what is the situation now at school.
If they are teaching kids how to write apps - that's a very good sign that they are 與時並進!
