是否值得為了校綱而搬屋?

我會為個仔而搬,搬去自己喜歡的校網,一來可參加大抽獎,二來就算抽唔到都會考私校或直資返學都會近D。

其實我揀SC都係因為囡囡讀緊樂基nursery,而SC教學模式幾似樂基,大家都係活動教學,一樣有外籍老師,又係兩文三語,相信囡囡轉去SC比去根德園較易適應!

直資心水?都係同danielboy差唔多,我幾鐘意CKY!我個係女仔就多d選擇,起碼多o左德望&真光啦!

一條龍係比較有保障,但我唔同,到中學我多數送佢出國或讀international school,一定唔會讀local school,that's why 陳守仁我OK架,其實小學我都以international school為首選,只係諗唔掂點教佢中文.

this is the problem of all moms in HK, i am also living in T.K.O, but i love living there, especially the environment of my estate, which is very quite and suitable for children.

for SC moms,
i am also interested in this kindergarten, but is a bit expensive if adding the school bus fee .. , but i know the reputation is very good, especially for English trainning. but why do you change from keen Ming, is it good also?

Keen Mind is indeed a very good kinder too.  It has high academic standards and yet provides an all round development for young children.  The class size is small and therefore guarantees attention to each child.  Parent/teacher communication has been extremely good so far.  If my son had not been offered a place in SC, Keen Mind would definitely be my pick.  However, as far as reputation and admission to good DSS is concerned, it is believed that SC has a definite advantage over Keen Mind.  I know my son and I are going to miss Keen Mind very much.  By the way, the fees of KM is not in any way lower than that of SC.  They charge $3XXX per month for 11 months.

我囡囡在屯門奧斯卡國際幼兒園讀國際班, 我係升小學才考慮讓她出九龍讀, 但現在多數都唔考慮出九龍了, 因為我唔打算搬家, 若出去讀, 又太遠了, 現在屯門也有一間直資學校, 但因新開辦, 唔知好唔好? 但聽講都好有多人報名.

我囡囡都會在今年入讀SC, 我都住沙田, 亦無諗過搬, 因為沙田出九龍塘真係好方便, 一車直達, 車費也不貴, 不過我會試下考資助小學先, 如果入到呂明才真係似中六合彩, 更加唔使搬, 如果真係較好的都入唔到, 先想直資, 因為真係太貴了,  :wink:

唔知在sc佢地會唔會做同學仔呢

Hi moms,

I have the same question.  I also want to move to Kowloon Tong.  I prefer to buy a flat instead of renting.  For long term, the flat will belong to you after you finish the mortgage.  

I also check the $ in Kowloon Tong.  It is expensive for some new apartment.  For the old apartment, it is not cheap.  The age is more than 20 years.  I have been living in TW for more than 4 years.  I get used to the envirnoment already.  Also there are some facilities (e.g. shopping mall, club house, garden).  

I have some options to consider:
(1) Move the house to Kowloon Tong (I was living in Kowloon side since I born.

(2) Move to HK side because I think HK island has more good schools.

(3) When my daugther apply primary school, I rent a small apartment  in district 41

(4) Stay where I 'm living now.  But it seems too far away.  Also my daugther will need to wake up earlier.  She may be tired when taking the school bus as well.   

This is something I'm struggling and wan to share with all you mons.

cherrie 6月出世o架!當時keen mind都有收cherrie,不過諗住樂基近d,所以讀樂基!HaHa...如果當時讀keen mind,咁大家咪做校友mami囉!不過有緣千里能相會,我o地今年可以做SC校友啦!

我住第3座,你住第幾座呀?話時話,都覺得naoki熟口熟面,唔知係咪o係會所 or playground見過呢?

我都諗緊應唔應該搬去香港島,我想俾個女讀真光中學幼稚園,諗住讀埋小學,甚至中學,但係擔心佢中文教學,英文唔好,而且我自己在荃灣返工,搬去奧運站都要俾$1600校車費!
