你的不快經驗比我的還算好, 當年(小一)我坐小巴送女返學, 司機停車停前左一條街, 佢停車時我好 ... 有些小巴佬專蝦婦孺 ! Absolutely Agree. I have many similar cases like u.
Therefore, pls mark down the no. of van, time and driver's name then call 2889 9999 complaint phone no. of tranportation. They will record your case.
After complain, the driver may be changed to other line and can not drive the same line for sometime.
Well, I met a van driver who acted as a lion (want to bite me) before I complain. However after complain, when I saw him again, he looks like a "dead dog" and does not face me when I look at him.
