My child is not in Cais but I am waiting for the interview results. How come nothing about such debenture was published on their website? is this something unfinalised yet but a must to pay? What did the school report say? Can anyone please share? many thanks!

effective the opening date of the new school 2015 or 2016
The face value of the initial parental debenture will be approximately HK$250,000.
Discounts will be available for families with more than one child enrolled. Discounted debentures will also be offered for early purchase (prior to school opening).
Students not covered by a debenture will require payment of an annual levy equivalent to 10% of the debenture face value; about HK$25,000.
Full details of the debenture scheme will be disclosed in due course.
