通告應該係admin的姐姐寫...所以有NET係重要。雖然NET的英文書寫程度都吳一定高，但口語起碼有保障。

Sorry, I personally do not find this notice too bad.   " ..... is upon us" is a correct usage to describe a festival is approaching.  (You can check it from Oxford Advanced English Dictionary)

Parents, don't be too sensitive.  I can see many many more grammatical mistakes / wrong Chinese words from many parents here at BK.  Why can we forgive ourselves so easily, but so critical to the school notice, which may only be written by an admin. staff?   And I don't think it necessarily represents that this kindergarten is bad.  (I have seen many school notices which are much worse than this one.)

通告是誰寫都不重要, 重點是經校長簽署發出, 就是代表校長, 代表學校, 標榜為英文學校就該有良好的英文水準, 無論師資, 語言環境, 家校溝通文件都應該有一定的語文水平, 但事實不然.

It is not that bad really.

If we are so concerned about the standard of English, then we should opt for international schools instead of local schools (including those local schools pretending to be international schools). Our children will speak and write better English but people will probably laugh at their poor Chinese {:1_1:}
