I understand that APS has quite many outstanding music performers, whom are welcomed by DBS & DGS (as well as other top schools). Does KTS also has a similar no. of specialised students (e.g. in sports, music, etc.)? If KTS's no. of such specialised students is much less (just assumed, I'm not sure actually), then it means that KTS graduates going to DBS/DGS (and other good schools) are mainly high performers in academics?
If this is the case, would it mean that the difference between the pure academic standards of KTS & APS is less than the difference between the S.1 allocations of the schools?

I observed that the situation is opposite to your view. DBS/DGS ($4xxx/mth) and SPCC ($6xxx/mth) are the top expensive school fee of DSS but they are also top dream schools among parents. But why? Because they are famous in the market. Do you think that they will be eliminated in the future?
In business market, famous products always enjoy higher price.
I am not supporting DSS but this product can ensure a seat of good primary school before P1 allocation. As P1 allocation is unsafe (opportunity to get bad schools), it will always attract some parents to secure a place in DSS in advance. Hot schools produce good students. The game is becoming more popular as you saw in past years.
