My girl studies at St Rose of Lima. She is accepted by 3 schools. One is TSL but we gave up cos' we wait for the lucky draw.

Her 7 classmates were accepted by DGJS too.

I want my son to 考入陳守仁 too but he is studying at regular PLK Chinese Kindergarten and he is K2 now.  Is it very hard? very slim chance?

Are all the accepted students' families are professional.  Mothers are full time housewife?  All girls are good at English?  Interview use english?

I don't know the other students' families background.  But I'm not professional, as I'm a housewife  and my husband is a regional manager only.
I think DGJS likes the girls who have good standard of English and with self confidence. For my daughter, when she was studying in St.Catherine, she attended one extra oral lesson at Nottingham Children Campus only.  Honestly speaking, St.Catherine's teaching approch is very good, they provide good environment for children to learn English and the standard of English is high.  Besides, they'll train the students how to act with confidence.

Now my daughter enjoys the school life in DGJS very much and
she doesn't feel hard to study even the subject of English in DGJS is so hard.

My son is studing in Think International K3 and St.Lorraine K1-K2.  He got a place of TSL and Tsin Tsang International class.  But he already got a seat at La-salle.  And waiting for DBS.

Would you pls let me know why you switch your son to Think Intl Kinder in K3?  Is he studying in International class now?  Do you speak eng with him?  How many marks you got to get a place?  Thanks for sharing!

Was your girl studying at English kindergarten?
He speak English not very fluently and not very good structure too.

He is attending British Council's play group and watch English program most of the time but he is not very good at Language (not even Cantonese).
I think that our problem, as we have long working hour and he is with dometic helper all the time (who don't speak very good English)
He is good at math though, as he can do addition and subtraction like half a year ago.
I wonder what were asked during interview?
Any training course for such kind of interview?

唔好意思, 剛剛才看到留言.
--其實妳已經為妳仔仔安排了很好的活動去提昇英語水平, 我自問也不如(事關阿囡一樣額外的英文班也沒有去上). 我相信面試時, 小朋友最重要是聽得明老師的要求, 有反應/回應便很好了, 至於回答得是否要完全流暢, 句式是否正確, 應該不太會計較吧(其實這只是我猜測的, 事關有時我們大人也會出錯嘛....)
-- TSL沒有要求家長進行面試
-- 小朋友面試的問題, 根據小囡所述, 來來去去都是那些圍繞身邊的事情, 例如姓名, 住址, 在哪裡讀書等
-- 今天帶阿囡去完面試, 她才告訴我原來TSL在第2次面試時有玩IQ測試(阿囡竟然到今天才"記起" )!!!
-- 我也不清楚坊間的面試班是否有幫助, 事關小囡沒有參加過... 或者可以請教一下有小朋友參加過面試班的家長分享一下.

希望以上資料可以幫到妳. 妳小朋友才K2, 還有的是時間, 放輕鬆, 只要平時多點與他傾談, 他一定會不負妳所望的.
