last time i went to Lo Fing Tin Hau Branch,
kids reach 4 yrs old can participate, how come your kids can go when only 3 yr 2 mth?

the staff also told me to wait at least 2 yr.....what a long time....

After read this post this morning, i went to 廬峰畫廊 tin hau in the afternoon. the staff also said need to wait for 2 years, and told me to call them when my daughter reach 4

my daughter born in Aug 2007, a bit younger than your son, for the place, i think TKO or HK side from CWB to taikoo also ok. I also planned to enrol Yip's music, for english course, at first i want to enrol Bristish Council or ABC Pathways. Any other good recommendation?

omg!!! your son will turn 3y2m tmw?? (18th) then he is one day older than my son!
my son is not going to any "famous" kg, just the ones close by home (coz his health condition, his grandparents dont want him to go too far away from home for just kg)
therefore, i want to and i will and i must enroll him to some kind of good english program. and also wants him to take either music or art for long term.
how about your son? all set for next year k1 yet? coz i assume all kg are registering these days for coming september's new school year.

hi fifi, so tin hau lo fung just ask u to go back when your daughter is 4 yrs old, or do u have to leave your info as a waiting list purpose first?

But they've put your girl on their waiting list, right?

I remember their Kwun Tong branch used to accept kids no younger than 4 years (or 3.5?). I was surprised too when they offered a place to my son in March when he was just celebrating his 3 rd birthday.

I like to hear more from parents of ABC Pathway, too. See if it's worth trying. Personally, I only remember their relatively high prices.

Frankly, I believe I can get something quite the same and of the same quality at a cheaper price in the other learning centres in my area.

I am registering my boy with TKO Methodist Kindergarten this week. My target primary school is Kei Wan - a subsidized school on the Island. So, I don't bother spending too much on his kindergarten education. $700/month - this kindy includes Montessori, JELIC and Orff Music in their main curriculum and has a good Christian tradition!

Being a single mom and a self-employed music teacher, I need more flexibility in utilizing my economic resources. I dare not commit my son to a school which charges a substantial fee. I'd rather let my son try more interest classes when I am financially capable; in another word, whenever I am worse off, I can suspend it and resume when I am better off.

Where about do you live? I don't think it'd be too hard to find a good native English teacher and class in/near your area. I just suppose some courses in the town are over-priced.

Hi, ohmygosh!  As I know you're a professional musician, how do you think of Suzuki method?
My daughter is about 2 and I'd like her to join Tom Lee/Parsons/Yip's.  Their prices are reasonable for me.  
I've heard about KinderU Suzuki Music Acadamy is offering music playgroups in Suzuki method currently.  It costs ~$300/session.  Class size is small, about 4-8 which I think is good.  What do you think about this?  It's quite expensive really.  Just don't know if it's worth.
Or just don't border until she's 3?
By the way, did your son join Kids Playhouse's baby storyland as you mentioned?  I'm interested in that course as well.  Can you share some comments about this?
